Cancellation Policy
To ensure every student receives the highest quality experience, please review the following class policies before booking: 📍 Payment Policy • 50% of the class fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of your class. • Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable only under the rescheduling policy below. 📍 Rescheduling Policy • You must provide at least a 5-day notice if you need to reschedule your class. • Reschedule requests made within 5 days of your class date will not be accepted. • If you fail to give proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. 📍 No Same-Week Reschedules • Classes cannot be rescheduled within the same week they are scheduled. • Please book a date you know you can commit to. 📍 Model Requirement • All students are required to bring their own model. • Models must arrive on time with clean, product-free hair, ready for instruction. 📍 Additional Notes • Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in class time being shortened. • By booking your class, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
